First time user for on-line ADRs

I was a little nervous to use the on-line reservation maker but figured I would get up for 6:00 a.m. and if I had a problem be ready for a human when the phones opened at 7:00. All I can say is WOW!!!!! Super easy, gave me options when my first time didn't show up, done in under a half hour -- here's what I got:

8/24 Chef Mickey (6:50p)
8/25 Mickey's Backyard BBQ (6:30p)
8/26 'Ohana (7:10p)
8/27 Akershaus (5:20)
8/29 LeCellier (L-11:35) Coarl Reef (D-5:45) Waiting to see LeCellier menu after it updates on 3/1
8/30 Hollywood and Vine (Br 8:15 a)
8/31 Cinderella's Royal Table (5:50p)
9/1 Crystal Palace (L 1:00) Ragland Road (8:00p)
9/2 CapeMayCafe (7:25p)


We will be there til the 6th -- so as those days open I'll be trying for Boma, Narcoossee"s, Germany -- in no particular order.

We have free dining, and eight people in our party for all our resrvations up to 9/1 and then the kids go home and me and hubby stay to rest up from the vacation.
Good luck to everyone making reservations and I strongly urge you to try the on-line service -- it was so easy -- even for old dinosaurs!

that is encouraging!!! congrats. I have 7 in my party and my ADR day is Sunday the 27th. We will be there the same time as you...but I see none of the same restaurants at the same time.

You made me feel so much better!

We are going 9/22 through 10/1 and we do not have free dining, so I am worried about competing with free diners for ADRs, so I am hopeful seeing that you got CRT without issue and a lot of the other places I want to eat with my party of 6.

Good luck -- it just feels so much better onced you have your ADRs. As an update since we had already booked our 180-plus ten days, I was booking the remainder of our trip on a daily basis and had just as much luck -- since it is just my husband and me left after the 6th I was only making the reservations for my husband and I -- I was able to get our the Biergarten on 9/3 at 7:00, Boma on 9/4 at 7:00, and our final night at Narcoossee's at 7:45 -- they were all my preferred times and I was also offered a time slot before and after my requested times. Definitely on-line is the way to go. Since it opens at 6:00, you are gaining a whole hour over those who call in and there is no wait time.

I'll keep my fingers crossed that you can get everything you want!

So when you say 6AM is that EST, so 5AM CST??

Exactly -- it is 6 A.M. EST. Also, FYI, what I did was plugged in a random date that was allowing me to make reservations already and played around with the different restaurants just so that I would be able to familiarize with how the site works. And you will need a credit card for certain things (CRT, and the dinner shows) --

It was worth every minute of planning and getting up early to get the ressies -- good luck!
