...we returned on March 21st from a ten day stay at the Polynesian. This was our 4th springbreak in a row to visit Disney. This is the first stay that we have received a postcard asking us to complete a survey about the resort and our stay. Interesting.

I got one after a stay at Pop in January. A couple weeks later I got a pin code for free dining. I don't know if they are connected, but you might get a code for something! Good luck!

I kind of wondered if it has anything to do with the fact that we indicated to CRO that we were less than thrilled with our stay at the Polynesian. Within days of coming home we called to book our trip for next year. When asked if we would be returning to Polynesian I said no because we were blown away by our experience there. There had been a few things we didn't like and we would not be returning.

Sorry, I have to be nosy....what didn't you like about the Poly? I love that place! -- Of course my only experiences there have been in the restaurants since the last time I actually stayed there was in 1980! :rotfl:

You're not being nosy! That's what the boards are for!

As you might have heard Pete and Walter mention the shower heads are very low. My husband is 5'11" max and it was not a great experience for him.

We had several issues while order at Captain Cook's Snacks. The ordering system has several problems and then we encountered several cast members in Captain Cook's with attitude problems regarding the system.

We just weren't blown away by the resort. We loved our stay at the WL last year, which was our first Deluxe. We just didn't leave this resort with the feeling we needed to run back, we had the feeling with Wilderness Lodge.
