Hi all!!
I am trying to plan a trip for this November and am trying to decide if we are going to attempt a tent stay. We have camped in a tent before, but never at WDW. We have also always wanted to stay at FW...but have not yet....so we are total FW newbies.... How's the weather in late November?? Will we freeze?? lol
SO....I am calling out to all of you FW vets for advice. It will be me, DD16, DS13, DS10, and DS7. I have no idea what to expect. Am I crazy to try to do this alone with 4 kids?? :rotfl:
Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated!!

You will have a blast!! November is a great time to go!!

The weather, however is kind of unpredictable that time of year. I've been there and it's ranged from HOT to kindof frigid.

You'll just need to watch the weather and plan accordingly.

One of the best things about Ft. Wilderness is there is ELECTRIC, Water, and Cable at EVERY site.

So bring a few outdoor extension cords and a few power strips and you can stay completely comfy no matter what the weather.

If it's chilly you can use a small ceramic heater and/or electric blankets to keep warm.

If it's warm, you can use a fan to stay cool.

Whether it is warm or cold, open up those windows during the day and run a fan.

Even in the cold weather, Florida is humid, and as you know, wet and cold don't mix in a tent!!!!
