forgive me if this type of question is on the wrong forum....

we are renting at BCV for our sep. trip and doing the disney dining plan and have a few questions:

1. do they store the ddp info on our room keys?

2. as a renter, are we entitled to EMH at the parks?

thanks everyone.

Hi, you are staying on a WDW property, so when you check in, you will be issued a KTTW card that will be your room key, as well as your proof of staying on property. You would show this at the park gates for EMH's. The DDP credits also will be on your KTTW card, so when you go to a CS or TS, the CM will take your card and debit the amount of credits used for that meal.

You have exactly the same benefits as you would if you stayed elsewhere on property. What you are not entitled to are the "member perks" that DVC members get.

Remember, you won't get free dining staying on DVC points in Aug and Sept. You have to pay for a package directly from Disney at rack rate.

i dont suppose that as a renter from a dvc member we would be entitled to the free dining that is offered with the MYW packages this late summer/early fall. that would seem to be too good to be true...
