First-Time Renter Needs 18 Points

We have decided to try out renting points to extend our upcomming trip by a couple of days.

We want to stay at Boardwalk Villas, standard studio, for 2 nights beginning on Sunday, October 16 (18pts @9pts/nt).
If this is not available, we'll try for a studio at the Beach Club or a preferred Boardwalk studio (24pts @12pts/nt) if the point rental price is right.

When I checked for another renter on Monday, there were studios in October only at SSR and OKW available. If you want me to check again on Wednesday, please e-mail me at mkocar@leeca.org with your details again.

There is a studio available at SSR - the newest DVC resort.

This reservation would require 22 points for the two nights.
