I have been lurking for a while and really find this board awesome. Congrats disboarders! My question - I have read of WP Cafe, WPE, and WP Cafe Express. I know that one of the Express locations gets very good reviews. Is it WPE or the Express adjacent to WP Cafe? :confused3 My family will be visiting for our first Christmas at WDW in December.
Thanks in advance.

WPE is not by the Cafe, it is actually on the other side of DTD not to far from the Rainforest cafe in the Marketplace area.

Just back from free dining:cool1: We stayed at the Pop and went to wpe for our CS breakfast and also EOS both in the Marketplace. We have our car and drove. The quality of food was as good as a TS. We even felt they deserved a tip because of the service. They bring your order to the table and offer to fill drinks. WPE is the best use of a CS credit for any meal. This was our 6th trip using the dining plan, but the first time on the free plan. I booked the free dining bounce back offer for next year:banana:

It is kinda confusing.

We went to the WPE at the Marketplace, as others have mentioned. But over on the West side of DTD, I think they have three versions of Wolfgang Puck - the Upstairs restaurant, the cafe, and another Express.

We don't do the dining plan, but even with the higher prices at WPE compared to other CS spots, we'd go back again. It was one of our best meals on our trip. And we didn't even try the desserts!

Thanks for the responses which have all helped in clarifying things for me. :) I will be dining at WPE on the evening of our arrival. Looking forward......:yay:

We also ate at WPE in the Marketplace and felt the same. If you are on the Dining Plan this is an amazing deal. Great quality and excellent service. I really felt I should tip but no one was.

One thing though, they charged us 4 CS credits even though we only had 3 people dining. We didn't notice until later and we had thrown out our receipt at that point. Still, the concierge at the Poly credited us for the meal.

The WPE at the other location had a good looking menu as well but there wasn't really any indoor seating and in August this is not a good thing.

There are actually two Wolfgang Puck Expresses. One of them is in the Marketplace, the other on the West Side next to the cafe.

The Marketplace location is larger. It was recently renovated to include indoor seating. The West Side location was covered but the seating was outdoors - fans, no air conditioning. There were maybe four counter-type seats available inside.

we had dinner at wolfgang pucks in December. I know it was not the express, it was the larger one down towards the virgin megastore. It was by far the worst meal we had at WDW. I ordered the sushi and it tasted like rubber. Worst sushi i've had. Three people in our party ordered the ribs and all 3 were cold. My 72 yr old mother ordered the chicken and they literally brought her a whole chicken, not a cornish hen. This thing was big enough to carve at a thanksgiving table. As they brought it out people who saw were breaking their necks to get their servers to change their orders to something else. The best thing from the entire night was the butternut squash soup. I have heard good things about the express locations though.

WPE is amazing!! Such a great value, and we did leave our server a tip because he refilled our drinks and such...review in the link in my siggy!

Loved WPE at the Marketplace so much we ate there twice and did leave a tip. They deserve it!

We ordered at the other express one night, to go, but realized it didn't have nearly the menu that the MP one does.

WPE is very good; I've only eaten at the Marketplace location - which as stated before has more indoor seating during warmer months.

Wolfgang Puck Cafe is also very good.

Have not eaten at the upstairs restaurant yet.
