Ok pro coders ;)

Tell me if this is a good deal or if I should look some more.

Called CR and got a quote for 10/14-10/19 2 guaranteed adjoining rooms at Pop with dining and 4 day base tickets for the price of $2257.43

never stayed onsite before and we are doing a combo 6th birthday trip/10th anniversary

so did I get a deal? popcorn:: popcorn::

Can't tell if it is a good deal without knowing who is going (for tix and dining). Did you go to disneyworld.com and get a quote with no discounts to compare? That will tell you exactly how good your deal is.

sorry - its all 5 of us 2 adults and 3 (12, 8, 5) kids. I got a quote with 4 day MYW base tix. CR told me when the kids outnumber the adults, they will guarantee adjoining rooms.

We're going very similar dates and I think you got very similar rates and I thought mine was a fairly good deal, so yours must be as well! ;) :thumbsup2

I am paying $990.67 for one standard room at ASMu for 1 adult and 2 kids (ages 7 and 6) for 5 nights with 4 day park hoppers, no dining.

Here's how, I break that down...I believe our park hoppers are approximately $703 of that which breaks down to $257 for me and $223 per child. So, using that formula, you should be spending $1,183 on the tickets (assuming they are ph and have no waterpark on them and do expire). The remainder of mine is my room which amounts to 287.67 for 5 nights. You have 2 rooms, so double that and you have 575.34. Add the ticket price above with the rooms and it's $1,758.34. I was quoted $304.85 for my dining plan for my length of stay, so if you add my dining plan quote to your total, you only lack $194.24 for your rate and since you would have an adult and child and I believe the dining plan is around $39 per adult and $11 per child...if you do the math, you're getting a great rate, I think...

Did that make any sense? ;) I'm a CPA so all about numbers so I follow them, but know that not everyone follows my train of thought! ;)
