First Time off site

This is our first time off site. Our good neighbor hotel has a shuttle to the TTC, but I am wondering if it is better to drive ourselves. Money isn't really the issue. But the last time we went I remember some construction that made parking (at HS I think) an absolute nightmare...or so it would seem since traffic was backed up into the streets.

So anyone that has gone recently...which parks, if any, would it be better to drive and park rather than the shuttle.

We prefer to drive to all of them. (We were just there Thanksgiving week.) They have changed the entry into HS so it is no longer off Buena Vista Drive, the new entry s off Osceola Parkway by Victory Way. The signs reflect that. I hate to be dependent on hotel shuttle schedules.

Understood, but if the OP is staying on Hotel Plaza Boulevard, those shuttles operate on a regularly scheduled basis from before the parks open until after closing, and as late as 1-2 AM from DS.

I agree with georgina, if you have the car might as well use it. We just came back from our Christmas/New Year's trip and drove to all the parks and we stayed onsite. There wasn't a problem parking at any of the parks and needless to say we won't be doing Disney without a car again.
