Will be going to Epcot for the first time in February that won't be during Food and Wine. Will I still be able to get quick service food and drinks similar to the options offered during the festival? But larger portions, and less variety I'd imagine? And whats the atmosphere like in the evening? Similar to that during the festival? We will be there over Presidents Day week, so I would think it will be busy regardless. Just want to know what to expect. I always love trying as many things as I can during Food and Wine and don't know if I should expect the same for a regular day!

Thanks!

The kiosks that are set up for F&W won't be there, so there are less options.

You can find some of those food items on menus at the dining locations, but you need an ADR to do that. And you'll be seated at a table, not walking around. And the price will be a lot more.

Some of the items at the kiosks will be available at the TS and CS restaurants (e.g. escargot (Chefs), steak and Cheddar Cheese soup (Le Cellier), but many of the offerings at the kiosks were unique to the F&W and will not be available. There are, however, many restaurants in Epcot with an extensive selection of food choices and price points.
