We are going to HHN first time, also first time for universal. We will be purchasing the Florida resident ticket. My quistion is do I need to pay the additional $15.00 to go to Islands Adventure? If this would get me in to HHN easier then it would be worth it. Also I am sure we would ride some things. We know how to do Disney and never wait in line more then 20 minutes. So if anyone can give me advice on the best ways to do HHN I would appreciate it.:goodvibes

If you are only going to the Studios and will have a day ticket, you can take advantage of the Stay & Scream upgrade for the night. This will allow you to stay in the park after closing and get a big jump on the lines. Also...I would recommend purchasing the Express passes but they are expensive so take that into consideration. You could purchase the IoA ticket but will only get you in after 4pm so it's up to you if you want to do that.
