Hello everybody! Fall break will be our family's first trip to Disney. Hubby grew up in Florida and I went several times as a child but we have never stayed in the park and we are super excited! Our girls will be 8 and 12 and we are so excited to go before they get older. :thumbsup2

Here are my plans so far and I'd love any suggestions if you see something that you think could be better. :cheer2:

We will be arriving at MCO at 6:40. I was able to get some great ticket prices on a nonstop flight but didn't realize this will put us at the park at 8pm if we are lucky. I think we will just hang out at the resort, Port Orleans Riverside, and get a bite to eat in the food court. If we are feeling good and awake, we can always take the boat to DTD but I'm not really sure, so will play that by ear.

Sunday will be our first day in the park and MK it will be! We are crossing our fingers for BOG for lunch, dinner is at Ohana at 8:20. I wish we had a little earlier ADR but we can stay until park close and grab the monorail to Ohana and maybe catch a little of the MNSSHP on the way out!

Monday is going to be at DHS. We have the Fantasmic Dinner Package booked since there won't be many showings of Fantasmic this week. We will be eating at Mama Melrose at noon. Honestly, none of the DHS TS restaurants really jumped out at me. Mama Melrose seemed the best since we all love Italian and they supposedly have a good steak. I'm not sure what we will do for dinner. Maybe head somewhere for the afternoon and head back for Fantasmic. Any suggestions?

Tuesday is an Epcot day, against Easywdw suggestion but I know my girls won't want to wait much later for Epcot. They are super excited. It's a Extra Magic Hours day, so we will try to take advantage. We have nothing planned for lunch and dinner at Teppan Edo at 4:40. We all love Japanese steakhouse food, so hopefully a good fit for our family. It was a hard decision, though. Lots of great choices in Epcot!

Wednesday is Animal Kingdom Day and we will start the day at Tusker House and end it at Sanaa.

Thursday is back to Epcot with lunch at Via Napoli. Everyone at home raves about Via Napoli and we have lunch in case we decide to head over to MNSSHP. We are still undecided on that. It's quite an expense and I'm not sure my girls will care about the character visits as much as riding rides... My oldest really wants to go on the Behind the Seeds tour. That may be added to Thursday as well.

Friday, our last day in the parks! I have left this day open to head back to wherever we feel led. I suspect that we will be back in MK. Lunch will be QS and dinner is at Chef Mickey at 6:20. This is the one ADR I just can't decide for sure on but sounds like it is a great one for first timers.

We leave Saturday morning and get home before lunch. I wish I could change our flights but it will cost us more than double and I can't deal with that. :goodvibes

Any suggestions on things I may not have thought of or where we can make things better are appreciated! Thanks for reading! We are super excited!
