I am trying to decide on an entry-level DSLR camera, and I *think* I've narrowed it down to Nikon D5100 or Canon Rebel T2i. One piece of advice I read on here was to go and see how they feel in my hands, so I'm going to try them out. I read a couple of reviews (although I didn't really understand most of it!
), and unless y'all tell me otherwise, it seems that the step up to the T3i or T4i offers only incremental differences. I don't know that I would be able to appreciate them, much less be willing to pay the difference in price. Also, as info, I don't anticipate taking a lot of video with the camera. However, if you have any words of wisdom on this line of thought, I'd love to hear them! I'll take all the advice I can get.
One thing I'd love to hear from you is about the pros and cons of buying a refurbished camera from a reputable camera shop?
Thanks for your help!
