We will be married 20 years next year and have been to Disney World 7 times. We want to renew our vows and then do the Disney Cruise-land and sea. Is it possible to stay longer on land if requested-we may want to do two weeks-1 week cruise and then 1 week on land. We are looking at May of next year----HELP!

howdy,
congrats on your anniversary. Not many make it that long.
It was my understanding they will work with you for any length of stay at WDW. Land and sea package is great because they will bus you to the terminal and take care of your luggage. They don't advertise longer stays because most people only have 7 to 10 days vacation. My son works for WDW and he is sure they'll accommodate any stay in conjunction with the cruise, but you can call and make sure, then there will be no doubt.

Yes it's true you will have no problem at all extending your land side hotel stay. Congrats on 20 years! What a great place to celebrate!

I have done land/sea where the land portion is longer than standard. Depending on who you are talking to to book it, it is sometimes easier to book a WDW stay separate from the Cruise and just set up your cruise transfer to take you from the resort rather than the airport. Very easy to do.
