First Time Booking

Yesterday I booked a VGF Resort Studio. I did it through chat. They didn't ask who was to be put on the reservation. I want to add my DH, DS and mom but I don't see where I can do it online. Am I missing it online or can I not do it because its the resort studio?

You can do it in chat. Mine were all messed up when I tried to match them up in MDE.

Can you see the reservation in "My Dashboard"? If so, you should be able to modify from there

VGF Resort Studio reservations can't be modified on-line until general booking starts in May.

Normally to add guests to a DVC reservation online, you would go to the DVC Member site, sign in, then under MY DVC, click on "My Dashboard," and on next page click on the particular reservation and then click "View or Modify Details" and then next page choose "Modify" for "Guest Information." That will take you to the page where you can add persons to the room. What I do not know is whether reservations for the new resort studios at VGF are actually being shown yet in your online account. If not you could call and make the addition. Note, you do not need to add any guests until it becomes necessary to do so, such as you need to buy tickets for those guests so you can make park reservations and attach those tickets to the guests in the room or want to put them in restaurant reservations

OK, I wasnt sure if this included added people or not, since this is our first time booking ever, I dont even know where we would normally be able to add people so I wasnt sure if I was just not seeing it. Thanks!

We can wait until the online modifications open for this room type then! We have some time yet. Thank you.

The reservation does show in the Dashboard but you can't modify anything... instructions are to call. Whether this changes after May 13th when online booking opens or not, we shall see! I'm expecting it will.

Online booking doesn't start until May 13th.
