We did a bunch of small trips last january, and it takes a little planning for food.
The biggest issue I noticed was the gift-store, which sells lots of food items, had limited hours. Its very convenient to pop in for a quick drink or snack.... but almost never open. Very frustrating.
For BW, the pizza window was easy, and the bakery had a variety, but lots of the good baked stuff was "sold out by 11am".
For BC, we struggled finding any options for QS, and ended up having
amazon delivery groceries we could make in our room.
For AKL, mara had QS breakfast, otherwise you had to do takeout at Sanaa. very inconvenient.
For Poly, it had legit QS at captain cooks. Easy to order, plenty of tables. Oddly, lots of food options for a place mostly deserted.
In the end, we found ourselves heading to Disney Springs, which for lunch is no big deal, but for dinner, it is an absolute nightmare. Last Saturday, there was a line of about 50 people JUST TO GET IN to disney springs. and the place itself was a zoo. Lots of live entertainment, but so crowded, with lines everywhere.
