First time at Polynesian! Need help with view request

We are very excited to stay there. I was able to get 2 nights in a Studio Resort. I understand this can be a parking lot view so I'm hoping for help with view requests. We love a balcony and anything but a view of the parking lot if possible. We've only been there for Ohana's and I think we watched the fireworks once years ago from the beach on a swing. Also, any fun things to do at the resort or around it. It's just me and my spouse after 8 days with grandkids at family at the Boardwalk

I have a Touring Plans account and it seems from their room finder that only the Pago Pago building has parking lot views. All the other Villas buildings are more interior to the resort with garden views. Husband and I are also staying at Poly for the first time this year. It's such a beautiful resort with great dining options and fantastic shopping. Hope you have fun!
