I stayed in a studio in building 27, upstairs. It was a perfect location, easy walk to Hospitality House and next to the first bus stop. I just requested on Penisular Road. The bus does the entire loop of the entire resort so I would sit on my balcony and could see the bus stop from there. When I would see the bus I wanted at that stop, I would just take a nice leisurely stroll over the bridge and to the stop in front of Hospitality House, which is the last stop. No doing the loop. When coming home mine was the first stop and just a short 2 min. walk to my building. Yes, I could hear the buses but they never really bothered me. There is not really a very good QS location there, a little walk up by the main pool that served a few breakfast items, the TS restaurant Olivia's in right there as well. I never ate there but it gets pretty good reviews. The studios are large, two beds, a nice large balcony, a small little hallway space before the bathroom that the kitcenette is in, sink/dorm fridge/microwave and cabinets. They don't stock the studios with dishes, I think there might have been one coffee cup and paper plates. I don't cook on vacation so morning coffee and storing the fridge was all I used. An old fashioned Mr. Coffee coffee pot. I'm assuming since you said you booked through Disney you are not
DVC, so you will get your room cleaned and the coffee restocked daily. It's the oldest DVC resort and is showing it's age a little bit but if you want room to spread out, it will have it for you. It wasn't my cup of tea but only because I don't like riding the buses and prefer the Epcot resorts but I didn't hate it.
