First time at Beach Club Villas.....help needed!!

Hi guys! We are planning a trip to the beach club villas for the first time in April and need some advice! we will be staying in a studio and don't want to be on the ground floor but are not sure what view/area to request? Any suggestions?

Also, where can I refill the mug at the villas and at the Beach/Yacht club?

Mugs can be refilled at Beach Club Marketplace (inside the main building) and at Hurricane Hanna's (the pool bar, when it is open).

There really aren't any great views at BCV, it will all depend on what you think you would like, something more quiet like the "woods view" or something with a little more to see and activity like the "pool view".

You mentioned refills for mugs, so you might want to be closer to the Marketplace.

Are you hoping to be able to see Illuminations, there are a few studios that would have a pretty good view.

Do you want or need to be close to the elevators.

If you will have a car you might want to be closer to the self parking area.

The building is very small so you will never be more than a couple minute walk from one end to the other.

Personally I enjoy the "pool view" because I like to see people coming and going and having fun in the pool. Some will say it is noisy and I guess it could be if you like to leave the balcony door open. You might see people in the pool and spa till 2 or 3 in the morning, the lights stay on all night.

I also prefer upper floors.

If you provide a little more info as to what you would like I could give you a little more info for what to request.

Just to add to the above post, the pool isn't the Storm-A-Long Bay pool, it's the small, "quiet pool" between the villas and parking lot.

Several readers assume that the BC rooms that you can see from the front of the resort are DVC units. The BCV units are behind the BC in a separate building.

Also there is a rear elevator closer to the parking lot. If you use a car during your stay, you might want a room close to the rear elevator.
