First Thought - Stairs

Exactly this, immediately followed by the urge to google the contact info for the local planning and building authority to rat these homeowners out for non-compliance. I’m a residential construction professional and a stickler for the rules. Nobody ever invites me over to show off their DIY renos.

Not only do I think they are an accident waiting to happen - looking at them make me sort of dizzy because of the pattern.

I have often thought that I suffer from a bit of vertigo (along with motion sickness) but just looking that them in the picture makes me feel a bit woozy.

Don't get me wrong they are dangerous and not practical anyway, but the pattern sends them off the charts for me.

That's not a stairs, it's a bizzare ladder designed to kill.
