Downtown Disney Marketplace is the new home of Pollo Campero, an international Latin chicken quick-service restaurant, and Fresh A-Peel, which features made-to-order selections. Inspired by Disney's commitment to offer its guests great-tasting, healthful options, award-winning restaurateur Larry Levy and Pollo Campero teamed up to create Fresh A-Peel. Operating in the same location as Pollo Campero, Fresh A-Peel features a nutritious array of hot-off-the-grill items and chef-prepared salads and wraps, as well as gluten-free cupcakes and bakery treats. These eateries are located on the site of the former McDonald's at Downtown Disney Marketplace and are open daily for breakfast, 8-11 a.m., and for lunch and dinner, 11 a.m.-10 p.m.

We ate dinner there on 11/14. The food was pretty good and the menu had enough variety to please most anyone. It seemed like they were still working out some of the kinks though, as customers (including myself) were unsure of where to go for different items on the menu. Once they get the issues with customer flow resolved, it will be a great addition to DTD.
