First solo trip in February

Kathy,
Just drop an e-mail as your trip gets closer if you want to meet up.
I definitely get alot of use out of my annual pass.
I always bring a book with me, and then I can read and relax while eating. The charactor meals can be intimidating the first time, but I know that at lunch and dinner at CRT there are no charactors in the dining room. I've heard the new firework show is awesome, so I'm hoping to head up there in a couple of weeks to check it out.

Kathy--
Congratulations. I know you'll have a great time. I know I'd much rather be on my own than dragging someone around who'd really rather be somewhere else. I recommend dinner at Boma, at the AKL. It's a buffet, so you can try lots of yummy things. Plan to spend time just wandering around the lodge too, it's amazing. (And the Mt. Killamaritas are superb, as was the cute bartender who mixed mine!)

I went to college in Lowell!

DH and I ate at Boma on our trip last February. It was great, but I'm not really a buffet person. I just don't eat enough for it to be worth it.

One thing I enjoy is trying different wines. I always ask the server to recommend a specialty wine from the region.
