First reservation question

Points have posted, but now the real challenge begins, piecing together a reservation for Memorial Day! I was able to book a 1BR at OKW for 5/31-6/2/2021, and was then able to pick up 6/3/2021 separately. I am waitlisted for 5/29-5/31, and will have to borrow my 50% and buy 8 points if it comes through.

Questions: if the waitlist works out, can the CM some how piece these all together so we don’t have to move rooms? Do I make this request ASAP or upon checkin? Also, how will the system handle the waitlist request knowing all of these other factors? I do have a cash reservation at Pop for arrival day and 5/30, hoping I can drop this but want to be safe. Last question, we are in the process of buying another contract so if this closes and loads in time (doubtful) will the system use these points?

If you end up with all nights in the same room type, they can indeed make them one reservation. Once you get all, call or send an email,

You can not purchase OTU points as part of the waitlist process. You must have them in your account, So, you will have to call, make a reservation for one night anywhere for at least 8 points and at least 31 days or more from now, and purchase the points.

Then you go online, cancel the night, and the points will be there For your waitlist.

You can call member services and they should be able to combine your 2 reservations now.
As for the wait list Sadisw is right those points need to be available when the wait list goes through. Make some type of reservation by calling member services and cancel it.
I am almost certain you can take your combined reservation and waitlist the day before and the day after on one waitlist. Include the whole trip on the waitlist.
Double check with member services when you call but I am almost certain this is how we added one day to one of our trips.
