Hi, everyone!

I'm brand new here, and registered after about 2 weeks of lurking around the board because I have a question and if you all can't answer it, I can not imagine who could, so here goes:

My husband and I are leaving for Disney on May 29th (soon!), and we're staying for 5 days at Coronado Springs. We booked the room/flight through Travelocity and aren't planning on using the meal plan because it's just overwhelming and neither of us like to be tied to plans, because we're REBELS. (kidding, it just didn't seem to be worth the money)

In any event, I registered for the Magical Express thing back when we booked the trip, and got nothing in the mail, so I registered AGAIN last week. All I've gotten from either registration is an email saying "we've recieved your registration", but not an actual confirmation. How long does that typically take? Should I call them? I know we're supposed to be getting a package in the mail (with bag tags? I really don't know that part!) but it seems as though I should have gotten something already.

Help!

In closing, we're REALLY excited about going--I've not been to Disney since 1992, and my husband's never been. It's kind of a combo anniversary (13th!)/birthday trip.

You should get a packet from Disney in the mail in the next week or so. They usually don't send the final stuff with ME tags until about 7-14 days before your trip. Frustrating because I know I panic that I won't get it.

Of course I always book through Disney. No idea if booking with Travelocity makes a difference. I do agree that you may get a better answer on the Transportation board.

I got the package yesterday! It's always the case--as soon as I call asking where something is, the something shows up.

And a story: I went to Disney when I was about 5, with my mom. We were on "It's a Small World", when I was overcome--I jumped out of the little boat and ran to one of the little robot kids and hugged it. They had to stop the ride until I was collected and deposited back in my seat.

Moral of the story: You will not get in trouble for hugging. Hah!

Hi! Welcome....and just call for them to send your ME paperwork and tags again....and also print of your itinerary from Disney so you have it.....if you do have ME it will show on your itinerary....Have fun!
