FIRST POST! Small place with a Private pool?

We are a family of three going to Disney World for the first time with my 3 year old son. Originally we were going with another family but that hasn't worked out. I want to rent a place to stay for the week with a kitchen and laundry (not a hotel) but I want it to have a private pool like most of the houses have. The houses are so big. We just need two rooms. We are looking to go in October. Any ideas? TIA

How big is your house at home? Do you just have 2 rooms. It doesn't really matter the size as long as it comes within your budget. My husband and I have stayed in everything from a 3 br townhouse with splash pool to a 5 bedroom home with a big pool and spa. All I care about is the price. We're going Sun. and have a nice looking 4 bedroom pool house.

almost all villas start at 3 bed rooms. try www.orlandovillas.com, they have many 3br. villas with pvt. pools.

I agree. Start with what you you want to pay and then look for a place within your budget. What area are you looking for? A 3bdr townhouse at Windsor Hills, with a splash pool, may cost the same as a 4bdr private home with a pool 10 more minutes away.

I've stayed before at a place through vacationcentralflorida.com and was very happy with it. I've also heard good things about places through floridasunvacationhomes.com and homes through oasisvacationhomes.com

It can be cheaper to rent directly through an owner off of vrbo.com. There are soooooo many options on vrbo that you're sure to find some place that suits your needs. I agree with the others that even if you only need 2 bedrooms, renting bigger isn't a problem if the price is comparable.
