First post help with weeks appreciated

I have used these boards for great info on our past trips.We have been to Disneyland twice in the past five years but have not been to the world in almost ten years. The talk of the crowds are scary but with all the tips here I know we will be fine. I am planning April 2016. I need to plan this far ahead for my best hotel choice. I work in the hotel industry and for our discount I like to plan when our discount starts. So my question would be with Easter being late March would our best time be 2, 3 or 4 weeks after Easter? We are planning on at least ten days. Thanks in advance and this site is awesome!

Check about what big groups might be there, too. There are often huge cheer competitions going on at WWoS the last weekend of April/1st weekend of May. We have never been there during that time, but I have heard a lot of people say they prefer to avoid that time. Others say the cheer groups don't affect much other than the resorts where they stay (which tend to be the value resorts and CSR, from what I have read and heard). I've also read that many school field trips tend to be scheduled at the end of April, but that could be just a rumor.

I would probably try 2nd or 3rd week after Easter.
