First Poly resale just hit the market

Just saw the first Poly contract to hit the resale market. 100 points at $160 a point!

I don't think it's the very first, there was one a couple of months ago that everybody thought was probably a distress sale because no points had ever been used, and they asked $155. But true this is only the second or third one that has come up. Does it have all the points or have they used some?

I don't see anyone paying $160 for Poly when you can go direct for $165

There's one on dvc resale market that is listed at $155 pp for 100 points, but the current owners are using some points for a trip, so the 2016 points are gone, but 84 points from 2015 available (weird). Sounds like they bought it just to take one trip and then sell, odd.

It is December use year. All 100 points for 2014 and 2015. I guess the owners never used it.

Entirely possible in some cases. However, in this case it's unlikely since the contract has all 2014 and 2015 points.

Someone mentioned last resale poly contract about certain foreign buyers had to go resale because they couldn't buy direct. I think one of the Canadian Provence regulations with disney direct? Or maybe it was europe..I can't remember. But it came up last poly contract that it would still be attractive to some that only had the option to go resale.
