First offsite trip - Peanut allergy

We will be staying at Windsor Hills. Anyone have any comments about availability of peanut free products in the groceries around that area, and in the offsite restaurants ?
I know how great Disney will be with the food...we've had awesome experiences in the past

There is a very large Publix near Orange Lake. They have a "Greenwise" secion which is organic foods.
