I am planning a trip to WDW in June or July for myself, my sister, my mom and my niece. I looked at prices for Disney hotels and they’re crazy. I can more that afford it but don’t want to pay those prices.

Any recommendations for offsite hotels with some of the WDW perks? We’re leaning towards staying at one of the hotels near Disney Springs.

Floridays Resort offers 2-3 bedroom suites. They are also a WDW Good Neighbor hotel. If I'm not staying onsite (and I am local to WDW), we go to Floridays for a staycation. It is not within walking distance to Disney Springs.

There are 13 hotels with the WDW 60-day fast pass and EMH perks. They include the Disney Springs hotels, which also has free scheduled bus service, and others.

You don't get free Magic Bands, theme park parking or Magical Express with these hotels.

Other hotels are "Good Neighbor" hotels, but they don't offer any perks.

Be aware that many of these hotels also have resort and parking fees, so a casual search my not reveal the true price until you dig a bit deeper.

excellent point! Someof these places add $30/day for resort fees and $15/day for parking. Make sure to read the fine print.

We stay on property as long as we have DVC points or can find a great rate, but other than that, we stay offsite. We try our best to stay in Disney Springs area. However, the kids love the Holiday Inn Waterpark. It’s not fancy by any means, but they like it.
