First look at Starbucks at Disney?

Yes.

I personally suspect they're going in the Main Street Bakery - mainly because the scrim has been up on that building for ages and ages. I wonder if they're converting the outside to a Starbucks look.

I really wish this were the case because that scrim has been up for 6 months and I can't imagine what on earth they're doing, however, wouldn't the Starbucks conversion involve some revamping inside too? Since the bakery has been open this whole time I'm guessing they're not re-doing the inside. I hope you're right, though, because that means maybe it'll open soon! :thumbsup2

To each his own, i guess! :goodvibes I've never heard of Caribou's, is it a NE thing? I like Starbucks because they use milk/cream, instead of that instant in-water junk...I think they use chocolate syrup though? I usually ask for "less hot chocolate, and more whipped cream" :rotfl:

Where do you live in Colorado? We have Caribou all over the Denver Metro.

There are two at DIA. When I fly Frontier Caribou's is the only coffee in that concourse.

Huh! I've never seen them before! I live in The Springs, we always fly from the Colorado Springs airport, because I'm afraid there'll be snow between here & Denver in Octobers during F & W. You know how notorious we are for our Oct snows! :upsidedow

Looks like CO only has 11 of them, all in the Denver Metro area....FOUR in the airport!! It's strange that there's so many there, but none in The Springs. Another thing Denver has that we don't is The Cheesecake Factory :sad2: We have to drive to Denver whenever I get the craving!

I think we might take the risk of flying out of Denver this next October, and just drive in the night before if it looks like the weather might turn, gonna have to check it out!

I like the cups too. Is there any indication of the "menu" Starbucks will have - will they offer everything in a normal Starbucks or only some drinks?

The SB menu was the same. I had to teach them my drink since it went off the SB menu and is now back on, granted at a higher price. But they made is almost perfect for never making it before! :)

They do also have AP discounts. :) Our drinks ended up being about the same price as my local SB after our AP discount.

Ooooh did not know they gave an AP discount!!! I will be going to SB today to just sit and hang out. I been at DCA all weekend and Practical Cafe is easily one of my favorite new places in the place and SB makes that much better!!!!!!!!

Just curious, I wonder if they are less expensive at Shades of Green....for those of you staying at the Poly, and need a Starbucks fix, they have one across the street at SOG! :thumbsup2
