First grouping for Merida (or former Rapunzel set-up)

If Merida is scheduled to start at 9:15, is the first group kept lined up outside the area until 9:15, or are they taken inside before that to wait on Merida's arrival? We're coming from CRT breakfast so should definitely make first group. However, I'm wondering if I'll have time to put family in line to wait while I go get fastpasses (Peter or Pooh). I don't think we'll have time to hop a quick ride even with our headstart inside the park.

bumping. I'm sure there is someone here who was lucky and smart enough to get in the first grouping for Rapunzel in her old spot.

Interested in the replies ~ will be in the World in early October and already planning how to handle the Merida meet and greet. Saw Rapunzel and Flynn last May ~ had to wait in line for 1.5 hrs while DH took DD and DS on rides. We were in line for the last group of the day.
