First flight, awesome!!!!

My first flight was awesome! Delta did a great job! I loved it.

But at the beginning the pilot scared us to death telling us it was going to be a very bumpy ride, but he came through and flew around the storms, awesome job!

We we're scared when that pilot came over the loud speaker and said that. It was just a tiny bit bumpy for the first 15 minutes but after that he realizes he can fly around it. No one on the flight was disrespectful or nothing. Everyone well behaved.

Glad you had a good first flight. Captains normally do alert passengers if they expect any bumpy weather. Sometimes you get some bumps, but often they can either go above the turbulence or fly around it. They do a great job of keeping us safe up there. They're real pros!

It’s better to know beforehand than for them to say nothing. Also, it keeps people in their seats, which is safer for everyone.
