I'm hoping someone can help me with this.... I was wondering what the FIRST available fast pass times are? for instance if you go right into the park at opening and go right to get a fast pass..... Is it from 10-11?? or 9:30-10:30?? Also does it vary by park or by ride even?? Thanks for any information.

Figure 40 minutes later.

9:45 is the earliest return time I've had with being at the front of the pack at RD and going direcctly to the FP machine.

First time as PP's have said is probablly about 40-60 mins later. However, last trip a few rides that offered fast pass were not issuing tickets for the first few hours of operation.

Not all attractions will have FP open early, but
during many early mornings and AM EMH many (most) of the "biggie" attractions should have their FP distribution open.

And, if you get a FP very early in the morning or AM EMH,
the earliest "return time" can often
be within the EMH period.

Which attractions?

Expect to find the FP Distribution open on:
Expedition Everest, Kilimanjaro Safari (DAK)
Soarin', M:Space (Epcot)
Space Mtn., Peter Pan, Pooh, Buzz (MK)
Toy Story Midway Mania
and many times, Tower of Terror and Rock'n'RollerCoaster (DHS)

It reallt matters which ride and how many people are getting FP's. We were always at the parks for rope drop. Our fast pass return times varied from 9:45 for some and 2:30 for TSM. My husband waited in line for 15 mins to get a FP. There were no FP's left for that ride when our window to get a new one opened up. It was crazy.
Most of our return times were about 10:00-10:15 unless we were the first people at the machines. Godd luck!!!
