First Family Trip -Final Thoughts

The vacation was fabulous! We adore the HIFS and would definitely stay there again!!! We almost booked into Vistana, which I probably would have loved, but decided to stay at HIFS, because they were so child orientated and I think that we made the right decision. The kids were never bored and had a fabulous time.

I went planning crazy, but my plans went out the window once Dalton got freaked out. I thought that I would be disappointed if everything wasn't perfect Maybe it wasn't perfect, but it was magical! Seeing the Castle for the first time, seeing the children interact with the characters, sharing with them all the magical things from my childhood with Disney!!! I will have the memories of my children hugging Mickey and laughing on those silly tea cups until the day I die!!! That is worth a million dollars to me!!!

They are already begging me to go back(even with a 22 hour ride each way!) So back to saving our change, and planning another magical trip to the most wondeful place on Earth!

I really enjoyed your reports-we will be going to disney in 10 days with our small children. Now I know what things to try to avoid. Hope we have a good time like it sound like you did. God bless you for traveling 22 hours by car with your kids. I would not have been able to do that. i have one who gets car sick and one who screams all the time. Thanks again for the reports.
