Had my first experience with member services. It was extremely positive. I have no complaints. I checked a reservation that was made for me with rented points from another member (that's what got me the fever to get my own points). I also made a reservation with my own points for the same week for my parents. I was so happy that I went ahead and called and got a studio for my parents. I thought we all might be kind of cramped. (I can't believe I hadn't thought of that before now). I don't think the reality of doing what I want to with my own points has set in yet.
