Leave it up to Alicia and myself. We'll find her something real nice.

So Don, what's the limit on your credit card??

Well, I can't use the credit card or she will find out. I'm going to have to stash some cash away over the next couple of months. I'm thinking 400-500 hundo in time for the cruise.

I think Don should also tip you for being his personal shoppers!

Don't do it! It's so not worth it. My cousin has tre expensive jeans, and guess what, her butt still looks.... well, anyway. Best jeans ever are the curvy ones from the Gap. Check those out when you're ready for a new pair to celebrate weight loss. Plus, GO YOU! :cheer2: :cheer2:

Oh, Don, that's so sweet! :flower3: I wish you were still here. We have a great store that sells very pretty bags that aren't very, very expensive.
lol - i love the gap curvy! i am a curvy girl anyhow. Those are about as expensive as I go! :goodvibes i gotta lose like 10lbs before the cruise! ugh. :crazy2:  :upsidedow

my sister is a designer jeans nut. she has like 20 pairs of $200 jeans....and on a teacher's salary no less! :rotfl2:

Ok - Jaime is chickening out of our stringray excursion on Castaway Cay - seems they freak her out :confused3 .

Here is the description:
Castaway Ray's Stingray Adventure
Head for the Stingray Hut for the experience of a lifetime! After a 15-minute orientation including many educational fun facts, Guests will be divided into groups and enter the shallow waters of the Stingray Lagoon. Your friendly guide will be on hand as you get up-close and personal during a feeding session using specially designed feeding trays. Feel the rush as the stingray takes the food right from the palm of your hand and even pet these amazing animals as they go up and down the feeding ramp.

Next, don some snorkel gear and head out further into the lagoon as you snorkel amongst the over 40 rays who call Castaway Cay home. After approximately 30 minutes of snorkel time, return to the beach with great memories and stories to tell of your Castaway Rays experience.

Does anyone else want to go?

I believe the Medical Term is "Heebie-Jeebies". :scared: I am not an Ocean Life Lovin' Gal. I like dogs. I do not like things that can swim up from out of nowhere and eat me. I won't even pet a betta fish. Heck, I won't even touch the skeletons and hides at the zoo!!!

Excuse me, but I now need a Valium! :faint:

Somehow this doesn't surprise me!! I see you more as a shopping mall kinda girl! :lmao:

Slightly off-topic but it is related to the cruise.

I am looking for a new camera. I want a small point and shoot. Small as in it fits in my purse (ok cruise related now). I have a Canon Powershot S3 IS which I love. But it is big and sometimes I don't feel like lugging it around, especially to dinner. So, any suggestions for a small P/S?

We have a Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ5. It's a super easy to use point and shoot. I've gotten some awesome pics with it. :thumbsup2

I have this camera also and I love it. Canon makes great POS cameras too.

I have a pair too. I am so cheap I will only buy them at the Gap Outlet. I need to lose more than 10lbs before the cruise.

A question for Ask Tracy.

Using Disney transfers, about what time do we get back to the hotel? If I remember correctly, you told me we leave the hotel around 11am, right?

Thank you,
Kim

I love D&B purses and purses in general. I WILL buy knock offs simply because i will change purses every couple of weeks and I like variety, but my budget will not support the amount of variety I like. So I will be heading to the straw market to check things out. I just have to remember the cash.

Kim

WOW, I leave you guys alone for a few days and come back to more pages to read than there are in War and Peace! I skimmed through everything and I would ask what I missed but I'm afraid to know. As best as I can tell it has to do with purses, shoes and stingrays...:confused3

Hope all of you are surviving the cold. It was 78 and beautiful here today.;)

Yes, you will leave for the port around 11 am or so. When you get back to the hotel depends on you. I have gotten there as early as 9:00 am and as late as 10:00 am. You can get off the ship as soon as it is cleared by Customs and get on the next shuttle to the resorts.

The low down from me. :)
Not into designer clothes or anything else.
Way to over priced in MHO for what you are getting.
That being said, my wardrobe is comfortable. :thumbsup2
However I am a little fickle. I like change so can't see spending to money on something that I will tire of quickly.
Purses that is a whole different story.
Again keep in mind fickle.
Got a purse from my girlfriend for my birthday. :cool1:
It's black, but it comes with these magnetic covers that change the purse.
So it came with 3 shells and I purchased another 3 or 4 shells.
I really like this purse because I can change the colour every day of the week if I want. Or match it to what I am wearing. That's the idea anyway.
Been on the red colour for about 6 weeks now. Time for change.
Besides DH is always saying I spend too much anyway. :confused3
I can only guess what I would be hearing if I spent that kind of money on a pair of jeans or a purse. :scared1:
I keep telling him I'm a princess, but he doesn't believe me. princess:
We met 15 years ago in March.
Married will be 10 years in September.

Curvy jeans rock! You can lose ten pounds easy. :cheer2: I joined Weight Watchers and followed the threads here and lost 17 and that was before I started working out. You can do it!

I may need a valium to go parasailing!! :scared:

I'm terribly afraid of heights, and I went parasailing. It's very peaceful. Just give it a try. :goodvibes

If it would get me a Coach purse in my stateroom, I'm comfortable being #5. :)

I got a Coach purse for graduation from college. It's so heavy, even when it's empty, that I almost never carry it. This is my purse now in black. http://www.qvc.com/qic/qvcapp.aspx/...Van-Zeeland-Nappa-Top-Zip-ORing-Organizer-Bag

I LOVE it!

Ok, can't believe I'm talking purses...but here goes. I'm do like coach, I carry a coach wallet and its indestructible. Coach stuff seems put together well and last longer than a lot of the more expensive stuff like D&B and Prada. My wife has sworn off Prada after paying over 300 for a purse that fell apart. I bought her a nice Burberry diaper bag with child number 3 that held up great. Once in a while I'll splurge and get her a purse for a gift, I usually stick with D&B or Isabella Fiore.

I had a Burberry bag that I used for a diaper bag for kid #3... it was wonderful!

I love purses (even though I haven't carried a purse in 4 years... we're still in diaper bag status here). I am so in for purse shopping!

That is a cute purse! I need MUCh bigger, though.
