Honestly, I stopped watching America's Funniest Home Videos about 10 years ago because of all the man-junk hitting.

I wish my kids "popped" out. My oldest son was 10 pounds 14 ounces and my oldest daughter was 10 pounds 6 ounces.

Nope. No drugs. I was 20 years old with my first one and wanted to prove I could have a baby without drugs. So silly!! I took two Tylenol with my second one. By the time baby 3 came about, I was much older and much wiser... I took everything the doctors and nurses offered!

Nice house, nice location and a nice lot. The kitchen is old and definitely need some serious upgrading. One bathroom is in good shape, some minor cosmetic things only. The second bathroom is stuck in the 60's. It is pink and cranberry! Everything is pink and cranberry. Needles to say, it's a total gut job! The house has been on the market for close to a year and is still over priced for the area. If they drop it to what the local market dictates, I'll make an offer. But I am looking at ~50K to redo a kitchen and main bath right off the bat.

We shall see. I am lucky in that I am in the position to wait it out.

HEY. My bathroom is pink and burgundy. And its 50's, thank you very much.
