First DVC trip ever- Are you feeling HOT HOT HOT?

We just returned last night from our first DVC experience. BLT was beautiful. WDW was fun, but holy HE double hockeysticks, was it HOT in Florida last week!!

I guess we were surprised, since we never were there in September before. In 20 trips over 37 years, we avoided the summer, but this trip was a fun diversion for our new status as DVC members. It was 89 degrees every day. New York is 68 at the moment, and may I say more like it for me?

Hope to get a trip report going over the weekend, but if you are leaving soon, the forcast was for 90s all week, and some scattered showers. No scary hurricanes. Bring sunscreen.

We can have hot weather in Florida thru October. Yes, it will still be in the 90's today, but a better chance of showers thru the weekend. We have not had much rain in Central Florida for the last week or so.

Dear friend, September is the beginning of fall for us and we look forward it. You want hot, come in July, 95 every day, it's amazing the difference those 6 degrees make! I don't turn off my A/C till Halloween. By the same token, I remember visiting Grandma in Waterloo, NY and having 105 temps in late July but then of course 3 days later it was down to 65.
