first DVC stay (on sister's points) few ??

Hello DVC members,
I would love to own DVC but my husband is against buying at this time. Next best thing is my sister is DVC member
We are visiting WDW in Oct using my her DVC points. She will be there the same time as us in a different room. We will probably travel seperatly and tour seperatly so I am trying to plan on my own.
First question is can I check-in at a different time then her? We have 2 sperate rooms but the confirmation letter list us all together.
I would like to drive in on Saturday and get cheap off site hotel for the night check in at AKL early Sunday and hit the parks. If she doesnt make it in until later Sunday will we be able to checkin without her?
Second question is how many towels are provided for a 2 bedroom (3 bath) AKL Kidani villa? Im not opposed to washing towels just need enough for all of us to get our baths before i have to wash a load.
Do i need to bring beach towels? Washing Powder? Coffee/sugar /filters? Trash bags? Toilet paper? I don't wanna run outs TP
If we need additional blankets or pillows will they bring them to us or do you only get whats left in the villa?

As long as you are listed on the reservation yes you can check-in without her being there.

You'll get enough dishsoap, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, garbage bags. If you need more, just ask housekeeping.

You'll get one set of coffee pods (one plus creamer/sugar/stirrer) so if you drink a lot of coffee bring your own plus filters (basket style).

You'll also get one box of washing machine saop which is good for one or two loads. Pack extra for more loads of laundry. (or you can buy extra in the communal laundry room)

You will have enough pillows and blankets for the beds. They aren't supposed to bring you extra but may if you need them.

A 2 b/r has 8 bath towels, and fewer hand towels, washcloths (not sure exactly how many though).

You will also have the option, if the 8 towels are not enough, to buy a towel pack (4 bath towels, plus hand towels and washcloths) for $6. We will be doing this in August. We have 7 people going in a 2 bedroom and figure having one extra pack allows us to have what we need before doing a load.

Im thinking we need at least 8 towels (1 for each of the male family members and 2 for each of the girls)maybe 10. So I may request an additional pack since my son looses his towels and i find them under the bed days later.

Ohhh the coffee deal sucks. I'll pack my own. I'll also pack shampoo and body wash. Little bottles for 5 people wont work

Do we get all new towels on day 4?

Hey for free DVC rooms I am willing to pack sheets blankets towels and toilet paper if I need to.

We dont really like daily mousekeeping anyway, DH has a thing about people in the room with our stuff when he isnt there. But I do like freash towels. I may budget towel service. We are only staying 5 days so the 4th day service will be a waste for us.

On Day 4, counting check in day as Day 1, you will receive towel and trash service : all towels will be replaced with fresh supply, soaps, shampoo, paper items and coffee packs will be replenished and trash emptied
( there are trash deposit locations usually at least one located on every floor where you can throw away trash on your own too ).

Just want to mention that even if you check in early your villa may not be ready ( technically check in time is after 4 pm ) so you may want to keep that in mind when putting together your plans for that day, if you want to swim have a separate bag packed with that gear, etc. Bell services will hold your luggage if your villa isn't immediately available.
