Just had our welcome home phone call from member services where they explained the basic information and answered various questions. The rep mentioned booking our first trip directly through member services to receive some first stay 'magic'. What exactly do they do? I've heard that if you are trying to get a difficult booking that they are usually able to make it work but do they do anything else?
