First Disney Cruise Bus depart Orlando Airport?

We have a flight that gets in VERY early the day of departure. Does anyone know when the first bus to the cruise terminal starts loading and when it leaves?

The DCL transfer desk opens at 9:00. The first bus departs when full (generally around 9:10-9:15). Subsequent buses depart when full or every 20 minutes (whichever is first).

We had a similar experience. We usually try to arrive at 9, and have typically been among the first ones there.

we were able to get on the second bus around 9:30, there was already a line formed by the time we got there at 9:15 with the first bus being there around 9
