First day feast!

Hi All,
I am trying to plan our first day at Disney and I dont think we are going to go to any of the parks but try to just relax the day (pool etc) and then go out at night (PI). I am trying to decide where to eat for the first night. I dont mind going into any of the parks to eat, so that could be an option too. I am reading alot about Cape May Cafe & Coral Reef but then I was thinking if we arent going to go to the parks we should save coral reef for the epcot day.
ugh!!!
Anyways, does anyone have an opinion on where to go for the first night?
so far I am leaning towards cape may cafe, boma or ??? please help!!

Our family does Chef Mickeys on the first night. We have always had wonderful meals there. On our first day, we usually settle in and use the pool. CM gets us in the mood for the rest of the vacation. The deserts there are great, too. Plus, eating while we are travelling is always up in the air, so having a good meal at the end of the day is a plus.
