Frozen. Without FP it is not worth the wait. If you HAVE to ride it do it at rope drop when the wait isn't as long. Neat queue but very tight quarters.
Lately the line for TT has built much faster than the one for FEA. FEA does not have FPs before 11, so standby has been really reasonable lately.
I would definitely RD TT, then head to FEA. Depending on the time of your Soarin FP of course.
I regretted not using our first fp at EPCOT on TT after we did FEA. But, I'm also glad we didn't wait an hour for it. We did wait an hour for TT. And did single rider. And had fast passes for it later in the week. But my 14 year old is obsessed with it.
FEA is a one and done for me, too. Definitely rope drop it.
I wasn't able to get a fastpass for frozen my last trip - so tried rope drop and it worked amazingly well. I went to Epcot early on a Saturday - I was there by 8 - at 8:30 they began to let us in and at 9 I was waiting at the entrance to World Showcase - we filed into line and I was on the Frozen ride by 9:10 am - totally worth the early start!
