First 5 pounds are gone!

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to check in and tell you that after one week of following Weight Watchers at home, I am down 5 pounds. I know it's not unusual to lose that much weight on your first week, but I'm happy about it anyway. I followed the Weight Watchers program at home (I've been a member on many different occasions) and I started with a little bit of exercising. I'm really out of shape, so I'll have to work up to a regular exercise program. I can do 10 minutes on the exercise bike. We bought a cheap elliptical trainer from Walmart and I can only do 1 or 2 minutes on that so far.

Congratulations! I'm doing WW also (going to the meetings) and just love it! I've only been doing it a week but find it to be incredibly easy and I never feel deprived! Keep up the good work!!!
