Firm Check Week 5

Today is a rest day for me. I'm heading outside to enjoy the nice weather. Have a great weekend!

Hi FIRMies

Thursday became a rest day for me, I just couldn't get up early enough before work to workout. Friday I did my treadmill walk/jog training. I just finished doing Maximum Cardio Burn Plus Abs for the first time. On my GOSH! My thighs were burning and I was sweating like crazy. There were alot of times where I was having a hard time keeping up but I did the best I could and just kept moving. Even though this tape was really hard for me I really liked it and the time flew by so I think I'll give it a try again sometime soon. I just have to decide which tapes I want to alternate with my treadmill workouts. My goal for next week is to do the FIRM at least 3 days and treadmill 3 days with 1 complete rest day.

Good afternoon FIRMies!

It's so nice to come to the thread and read everyone's fine progress! You guys are such an inspiration to me and I appreciate the support and encouragement I get when I come here. Saturday was a rest day for me - I really needed it. This afternoon I did ab sculpt with Lisa Kaye and since adding the advance moves, this work out has become quite the challenge!

I'm happy to report that I have officially lost 3.5 pounds this week and not only reached my April 1 challenge of losing 10 pounds but I've lost an additional 1.5 pounds! :Pinkbounc :bounce: I even earned the right to snagged a 45 pound clippie! I'm really happy to have reached this goal and have only 7.5 pounds to reach my next 10% goal and from their my next stop is onederland.

Melanie - you are such an inspiration on this thread! Thanks so much for giving me a description of BSS3. It sounds too advanced for me so I'll probably end up with BSS2 when I'm ready. You keep rocking girl!!!!

Kim - big big {{{{{hugs}}}} to you my WISH-sis. I hope all is well with you. It's nice to see you posting here and I hope you are able to keep up your work out routine despite everything that's going on. PM me anytime!

Tracy - isn't this weather just great today? The sun is shining and even though it's a little breezy, it's so nice to feel the warmth on your skin. Get out there and enjoy!!!

Cheryl - I'm sure you'll reach your goal of 3 FIRM work outs and 3 treddie work outs for the coming week and we're here to support you!

Amanda - you are doing an awesome job! I don't have any of the BSS2 tapes but I hope to be able to work my way up to feeling like I can use them when I reach onederland. I think I'll make that my reward. Keep up the great work!!!!

FIRMIES!
I did Upper Body from the FIRM 4 PK. Nice 40 minute workout; it's challenging but manageable. Oldest DS is back from FL & both sons are back to school on Mon. Today was mass, CCD & batting practice. Tomorrow is music lessons for DS(9) & a scrimmage for DS(16). So its back to 5:30 AM & I think it will be Lisa Kaye & Cardio Sculpt Blaster. Thirty minutes of action, spiked with Lisa's comments (I agree with you, ZerasPride) Hope I remember enough of the steps to make it a productive workout.
