DO they still do the fireworks at MK and Epcot durring Jan when the hours are shorter then the summer?

Yes, the park hours have already been posted on Disney's site if you want to take a look.

Illuminations is every night at 9:00 for most of the year. In January Wishes is every night...the time varies though. Fantasmic is also every night. SpectroMagic is about three times per week, but that varies also.
