Usually over 100.00....they are illegal by us so if you want anything decent the guys selling them are way overpriced!

They're illegal here, we have a big display in town, every town by us has a display, and we could actually go to a high point in town to view NYC's.

Nothing for me. I don't like personal fireworks. I do like going to a really nice fireworks display like at the WDW parks.

"usually" over $100.00.
This is our first year that we are not hosting a huge party....thought we would be moved by now :(
For 25 years we had fireworks that went on for 2-3 hours.
We would spend maybe $150, but lots of people would also bring them. DBIL would spend $500!!
We are rural and have lots of space, so people loved coming here to be able to set them off.

We are only allowed the ground ones, so this year I spent around $78. They are just so expensive in general, but the kids love them and shhh, so do I :lmao:

When I was younger my parents did the annual 4th of July picnic at our house and my Uncle was the fireworks guy. Usually pretty lit :hippie: when it was time to shoot them off, he would tear up my parents lawn every year. He set a neighbor's tree on fire once. And he threw an M-80 (or something similar) into my parents pool and blew it up. The yard was always a shambles with confetti afterward. Huge patches of burnt grass. No fireworks here. But I do miss Uncle Gus. :rotfl:

Usually about $25, this year ZERO. Watching the free display and fighting the crowd instead.

We usually let the kids get a few of the snap n pop things, smoke bombs, and the also get som fountains, and small novelty kinds (chickens things, tanks..) nothing really big we just watch the neighbors light up about $1000 worth instead or go watch the big diaplay on the riverfront. But this yr NOTHING - DH is working and it is raining- so we'll just watch everybody else! Happy 4th!!

Nothing. They are illegal here and my kids don't particularly like them, so we don't go to any fireworks shows.

You can't buy them in NJ but if you drive half a mile over the border to NY or PA there is a fireworks store on every corner :lmao:

We don't buy any so $0 for us, we usually go to friends who have them or just watch a free show somewhere

I don't spend anything on fireworks. Our family has a giant party for the entire church and 1000's of dollars are spent on fireworks for that so we just watch those.

I don't need to spend anything. My neighborhood is pretty lively on the 4th. ;)

I've never bought a firework in my life. They don't interest me at all - actually scare me a little. DH likes them but we never have a place to set them off.

I'm fairly anti-crowd so we never go to see a display except at WDW. However, our city does a display in the park behind our house so we just stand in the backyard and watch them.

Zero spent and I don't go watch any either. Other than occasionally watching the fireworks at Disney I really don't care to go see them.

Nothing. They are illegal here. Almost every municipality has its own fireworks display. If we're in the mood we go to one of those.

We dont have any good ones here head for MD instead :rolleyes1 Last year I spent over 100$ this year I'm spending zero only because my brother bought over 600$ worth.. We are heading to his house in a few hours.. I like free :thumbsup2 Our towns were on thursday night. We went to see them they were nice.. I like like to do fireworks at home its so much fun

Let's see... illegal and dangerous, cause fires, all sorts of injuries each year, and I can see billions of them for free by going to approved shows or watching the crazy people around us that waste money and risk life and fines on the illegal ones... so...

Zero.
