Fireworks Scores - A Glitch?!

Hi-

I have a question about scores for fireworks. There are players in every single game I play that get 1,000+ points by the end of the first level, Fantasyland. Is this a glitch, or are people seriously that good? They usually end up with at least 7,000 points by the end. Thanks in advance.

Nope, not a glitch. I get 1200-1400 by the end of Fantasyland, and I've
gotten to 8000 by the end of the game. GoofyGeggy has gotten past
9000!

it is not a glitch, they are just super good. Way better than me! I am lucky enough to get even 700 by the end of the first level.

What I've been taught is this...

NEVER get an AWESOME... always FLAWLESS. If you can't hit the flawless, let the firework go by. It's better to miss entirely than get anything below a flawless.

Nope, no glitch. My highest at the end of level 1 is 1464.

Yep, if I get all flawless on the first stage, first level then I get 434. If I
get one of them as an awesome, I end up with 370. Quite a difference!

Too bad it doesn't load on my computer but hey it probably will load
on yours.

Edit: Amberdaze, in order to get that high you have to be really lucky, as in on stage 3 level 1 all
the double fireworks have to be over each other so you can hit both, which hasn't happened
to me yet. Lol.

I've learned that pretty much most of the fireworks games are partly a game of luck. If they all come out just right, you can get pretty good scores all the time.

To get 434 you need to skip the 8th firework. If you get them all flawless you will only get 428.

Rofl I've never had luck at anything (or at least anything useful) but I've
found that just practice can still get you to 8k!

It took me so long to realize this! I used to always get 428 and I would wonder how someone got higher since I hit every firework. Then only a few weeks ago I missed one accidentally and got 434 and was like, OHHHH. Haha, it's more worth it to get the combo for that one! Haha. A bit slow sometimes.

Yeah. I should've been more specific so thanks for clearing that
up to some people that haven't played fireworks as long as me.

Wow, I always thought everyone who did that maybe had some secret way, now i know
I'm (eventually) going to try out fireworks instead of pirates, (thank god there's no chat feature in fireworks!)

Thx for that info! I had figured out that one had to missed to get the 434 score and knew it was somewhere in the middle but didn't know for sure which was the magic one.
