Fireworks question

Hi all, I've got a question about the timings of the castle illuminations / fireworks show. Are they always at the same time regardless of the time of year or are they earlier when the park closes earlier? Is there anywhere I can find out when they are on the days we'll be there?

They are always at park closing. So yes if the park closes early the show will be at the same time

Obviously fireworks need darkness, and in the Paris area in the summer it does not get dark until about 10.30pm. Thats why in the summer, the park stays open until 11pm and the fireworks will start at 11pm.

This is different to Disneyland California for example, when the fireworks start at 9.30pm every night, winter and summer. In Disneyland California , it gets dark about 8.30pm, even in June, in the middle of summer.

If you look at a map and draw a line straight across the Atlantic Ocean from Disneyland Paris, you will get to Quebec, Canada.
If you look at a map and draw a line straight across America and the Atlantic Ocean from Disneyland California you will get to The Canary Islands off the coast of Western Africa.

I live about 500 kilometer (5 hours) to the North of Paris, in June my town it doesn't get dark till 11pm ;-)
And in Disneyland Paris the fireworks is on every night, except for severe weather conditions. And even then it can be that you will have a modified version with less fireworks than normal.

We arrived in Arromanches, Normandy, yesterday, and our Arizona-raised daughter was STUNNED, even though we told her it was so, that the sun set last night at right around 10:00 pm. Honestly, it has been kind of weird for us, too, even though we're originally from a place farther north.
