Do they do the fireworks "show" everynight, even in the winter (specifically February)? Also, if you get a view room at the Disneyland Hotel, can you see them from the balcony?

Thanks! :)

The do not do fireworks every night, they stop for times during the off seasons, and also they have a low wind tolerance, being in the middle of a residential area, they have to be very careful with how the wind blows so they don't cause a fire in the area.

Thanks for the quick reply!

Do you know what nights they do do them? We're trying to plan a 3 day stay, and I don't want to miss them! :)

On Slow Seasons, they either fire it off on Fri-Sat, or Sat-Sun...

busy seasons its everyday.

Albort is correct, but you are never guaranteed to see them. Unlike WDW, DLR is restricted on fireworks because of residential issues nearby. Thus it is not uncommon for the fireworks to be cancelled. If you go off season you will have to chance it and hope you get a night where they are not cancelled, or plan your entire 3 day trip over a weekend to have the best chance to see them. But be advised that a 3 day trip over a weekend at DLR is roughly equivalent to high season days.

If it was me and it was a high priority to see the fireworks over three days during off season, I would plan a trip for Thurs-Sat. Then I would likely have two chances to see them - Fri and Sat.

Thanks for the info!

We won't be going on the weekend, because my husband refuses to go to any of the parks on a weekend! Which is fine with me, since my almost 4 year old daughter doesn't have much patience for long lines either! ;) So we'll either go Wed - Sat, spending Thursday & Friday at the parks OR Sun - Wed, spending Monday & Tuesday at the parks. I guess we'll just have to hope for the best!!

Oh, does anyone know the answer to the hotel question I first posted above? :)
