 This is our very 1st trip to WDW. There is so much info I'm finding it a bit overwhelming. I keep telling myself this is a vacation and it's supposed to be fun. Just relax. My queston is If you had to pick only one fireworks show which one would you pick? If you could choose just 1 parade which one would it be? I plan on doing 1 parade and 1 fireworks show. Please help make my decision a little easier thanks:crazy:

The only parade we got a chance to see was Share a Dream at MK. It was nice, but seemed rather short for the amount of time we spent waiting for it. Next time I would choose either SpectroMagic or the Jammin' Jungle parade at AK if you want a "daytime" parade. I haven't seen them though, so don't know if they are better choices or not.

As far as fireworks, that's tough because everyone has a different opinion. My 9 year old son liked Illuminations best, my 10 year old son preferred Fantasmic...but I would choose Wishes hands down! The music, the fireworks, the castle...it just seemed so "perfect" to me, lol.

Ditto on Spectromagic.

The most incredible parade, I still get goosebumps each time.

Even bought the music cd and play when I need warm fuzzy.

Fireworks there are usually shortly after, unless there are two runs and you are at the first.

oohh tough question-

Outta the parades- Personally I would choose Jammin Jungle (even though Stars and Cars has LILO! and BEAR!) Share is pretty but not as fun-

For the nightime shows- That is a tough choice as I couldnt choose-

1) Fantasmic is great (unless ya've seen the DL version which is better)

2) Illuminations- Where else ya ya be that close to fireworks

3) Wishes- I havent seen it but heard AMAZING things about it and Ill be seeing atleast 2 of my 3 disney days

If I had to choose just one I would prob choose either F! or Wishes

Illuminations is my favorite but my husband likes Fantasmic, we haven't seen Wishes yet.

The parade would depend on whether you want to get out quick or be stuck in a crowd. And if you chose Spectromagic you might as well stay for Wishes!

When we took the Grandkids I planned to see all the parades and we saw Spectro the first night and they just weren't interested in the others. I am planning to see Stars and Motor Cars in April. Can't wait.

Why are you only going to see one each?
